Don`t know much about the player but It looks quite nice. Anyone anymore info. They`re also doing an Acoustic Solutions speaker system with built in dolby digital 5.1 decoder and remote control for £99.99.

thats cheap, i seen it too in the new catalogue, it is an Alba DVD 114 Clone and it should have VCD support, the speakers are good too!

BEWARE! I tried to purchase this clone of the excellent (so I`m told) ALBA DVD-114 at Argos in Victoria today and they tried to pass me off with a Bush 2020, which seems to be an inferior animal altogether. When I asked for the Roadstar DVD-114 I was told that the Bush was all they had in stock under that catalogue number. Has anyone out there actually managed to buy one of these bargain players?

I went to buy the Roadstar DVD114 £59.99 @ Argos and was told that they did not have it, but were offering a similar specification machine in its place. This turned out to be a Bush 2020xi. At £60 I took a chance. Took it home connected it up it plays R,1 R2 dvds and vcds - I have not tried anything else. It looks goodThe picture quality is excellent. I am very pleased with it. At that price it would be very hard to beat.

has it got a DD Decoder?

Thinking of getting one of these, my local Argos have confirmed it`s the Bush 2020xi that they have. Have you tried svcd or dvdr yet?
