Philips 7.22 firmware upgrade for the 711.

Hi,

If I upgrade my Philips 711 player with the 7.22 firmware version, will I have to re-apply the hack (using a Palm Pilot) ??

Philips 711 hack.

Hi,

I have read that if you use the handset hack on a Philips 711 after 25 times it locks to the region played. Does this apply to the hack on this site.
