Subtitles on by default?
Can anyone tell me why when I play some DVD`s the subtitles are on by default.. is there a way of stopping this so they only come on when you press the button?

KARAOKE on Cyberhome AD-M512
Does anyone know how to make the Karaoke feature work on the Cyberhome AD-M512 DVD Player?
Do the Headphone sockets really double as Mic sockets?
I have tried switch the Microphone option on in the secret menu,, but still nothing.. am I going mad?.. do you need special discs?.. I have tried it with Audio CD`s.. CV+G Haraoke CD`s.. and of course a DVD (Film)

Pleeeease could anyone help me with locating or better still e-mailing the version 8 firmware for the Cyberhome AD-M512. I currently have it at version 9 but this doesn`t seem to disable macrovision.
I have tried to get it from http://home.t-online.de/home/0306855728-0001/CHindex1.html .. but the link seems to be dead.
