Thanks for the replies to my recent thread Minato G1 or LG3350e, i decided to buy the LG3350E. I now need an AV receiver, are the sherwoods any good from richer sounds or can any one recommend any other budget receivers.
Another point to consider would be to replace my old amplifier as it is on its last legs, is there an amp you can buy which contains AV, or do you have to have two seperate items.

Minato G-1 or LG3350E ?

Looking for my first DVD player.
Are the minato`s worth £129 as our tesco have 10 left, is the quality good for a budget player.
Or would i be better off buying the LG3350E from curry`s at £249, is the hack for this model the same as the LG3350.
Do you need a player with a built in decoder if you don`t want to buy an AV amp.
