HELP.... HOW TO RECEIVE FREEVIEW

Hope someone can help me as I know nothing about this things.....

Ive got an ALBA DVD382STB player with freeview, but I cant receive the freeview?? Do I need a digital cable or something to be able to receive it?

Please help!
