I think they are excellent. I recently bought a DD amp from them but didn`t like the sound, so I took it back and got a better one with DTS as well, did the same with my centre speaker. There was no face pulling, no quibbles, just good service and no messing. Very helpful. Prestwich branch deserves a pay rise.

I bought the box set a while ago and couldn`t get disk 3 to load, BVHV washed their hands of it when I e-mailed them. I got a refund on the region 2 set and ordered the region 1 from amazon, which was cheaper even including the shipping. It works spot on on my medion player so i would sack region 2 titles and just get the cheaper R1 stuff. Hope this helps.

Medoin MD7950A from Aldi. A giveaway at £99 (same one badged as a Limit at Richer Sounds for £199.00) Nice sound, Nice pic, plays DVD, VCD, MP3, CD, loads of sockets with DD + DTS out in fact anything exept R2 Toy Story Box Set Disk 3, I have slung it back to Disney and ordered R1 which I`m told will be OK.
Faulty disks or faulty player
After trawling thru the forum my question is will the toy story disk 3 play on my dvd player if it was a region 1 instead of a region 2 (which mine is). I have read that some people don`t have problems with region 1 versions of films/features when the region 2 is a baggo sh**e. HELP!!

Got one, seems to play anything on a cd, dvd apart from Toy Story Disk 3, BUMMER!!
