RE: PHILIPS DVDR3570 Hack required - all help appreciated

This is the code that will work on the 3570:

(ensure no disc is loaded)
press <home>
Press <play/pause> 159121212005_ _ _ fill in desired code here (255 for free) followed by <play/pause>

I had some trouble at first making it work, but I started by opening/closing the disk tray with it empty, and typing the number relatively quickly.

You do not see any obvious messaging when entering or completing the code. However it does work, and played all regions I tried on it, with the exception of an RCE encoded region 1 disk (6th Day) which was still recognised as not being able to play on a "modified" player.
