hooray me again.Very pleased to say I have just got my refund.my credit card company dealt with nobmas[at]moc.liamq that lists all their transactions as web sales.I couldnt get bank details but everything they do seems to pass through paypal.Keep plugging away if you are owed money.I also printed off these postings which helped.more voices more action.

I had no joy with paypal at all .If anything their attitude was poor saying that I should take the matter up with the seller.Still waiting for a refund.

It was grey`s anatomy series 3 that I ordered aswell.My credit card company is now dealing with the matter and hopefully I will be able to get my money back.and just to fore warn every one Magnumdvd seem to be the same company and there are now many warnings on the net about chinese export fiddles of which I suspect our friends at Jupiter are part of.

Well I placed an order with jupiterdvd on the 6th of November and was told via email that I would only wait about 5 working days.My thoughts were "no problem" the price was really good so the wait would be worth it.After 5 days still no dvd box set so I tracked the order only to find the order has been duplicated.I have sent an E.mail asking not to be charged twice and when can I expect delivery but as yet have heard nothing.So my intial thoughts of they might be new and having a few teething problems, give them a chance is now wearing thin.Should you use them?If I don`t get my box set by the end of the month I would say stick with who you know.
