First of all, download a program called Azureus from http://azureus.sourceforge.net.

Then go to and uknova.com and sign up (the `sign up` can be found in the top right hand corner).

When you`re signed up, do a search for `British Film Forever`; it should come up with the file you`re looking for. Click on it to download. It`ll place a .torrent file on your computer, which you need to save to a place where you can easily find it. This download will take a matter of seconds. When its done, locate the saved .torrent file and double click it. It will open up a window that asks you which program to open it with. Choose Azureus.

Azureus should then open and start to download the program for you, showing you a grey progress bar. Beware: the file is 881.65MB so could take up to five hours to download!
