I`ve been a customer of EMIT for years and have never had any problems - if ever an item purchased there turned out to be faulty it`s always been replaced, sometimes even with a product of a higher price without any surcharge. I can only assume that philbw went in there with all guns blazing and rubbed the guys working there up the wrong way - they really are very helpful if you treat them with respect. Unfortunately though, since TIME computers have been taken over EMIT is now specialising in those gigantic flat screen TV`s and do less in the way of computer bits - real shame....
