Despite what you might`ve read in other related topics - this is NOT a media issue. It`s an encoding issue and I`ve found that if I use Elby CloneDVD 2.8.9.9 to resize a DVD9 to DVD5 then it won`t play on my Samsung HT-THQ25, giving the Play Prohibited error. But if I use Nero Recode 7.2.3.2b then there`s no problem - even using the same media.

Problem solved!! :D
