Thanks for the suggestion, but since the problem has arisen the option to choose between AUTO and PAL has disappeared from the set up page.

Problems with Toshiba DVD Player

I have a Toshiba SD-220EB which has suddenly decided it is an NTSC machine. The screen saver has turned monochrome and every disc I put in produces the error message `not NTSC disc`. Anyone know how I can get the machine back into PAL mode?
