I had the same problem on a few DVD`s as well. The problem was cured by updating the firmware.

May I suggest you visit www.area450.co.uk

Theres loads of info on this site about the DV450, things like problem disks and firmware, etc.

RE: best connection please

Don`t know about the audio stuff, but can advise with the video connection.

Using SCART configured for RGB (not composite) gives the best picture quality.

S-Video follows closely behind.

Then composite SCART.

LG 3350e & Aiwa 370

From looking through existing messges the LG 3350e and the Aiwa 370 are identical machines on the inside.

Are there any other differences between them? Do they both have a built in dolby 5.1 decoder, etc?

Newbie question - What is Pulsing & Artifacts?

I`ve heard these terms banded around a bit and am new to the world of DVD.

Just want to know exactly what pulsing is?

And what are Artifacts?
