RE: Hack for Targa DR-5100x Recorder

Hi everyone, i joined the forum to give this info. Been looking round the forums about the targa 5100x and there is a lot of mis information about it. The machine is based on the Liteon 5045 not the LG as stated somewhere else on here.

To make it region free do the following.

1) Power on the machine

2) Press SETUP

3) Hightlight EXIT

4) Press 2 9 6 0

New menu pops up then chose your required region.

Hope that clears it for everyone :-)

Now dare i update the firmware with a liteon 5045 ? :-/ LoL
