RE: Richer Sounds

Bought a 535 from the Birmingham branch on Friday. Went in at 1745hrs, no crowds, no pressure. They do seem to have massive stock turnover as several of displayed models were out of stock.
Got the impression that staff knew what they were on about as well. The only shop I`ve visited that knew what RCE was!
Insurance package excellent too- how can you fault a 50% buy back in three years? Nice move- it will keep me going back to upgrade.
Players may seem cheaper elsewhere but Richer Sounds offer R1 machines over the counter, IMHO this all adds up to beating the Comets and Currys of this world hands down.
Just wish there were a few more branches...

Matsui DVD 110 exchange!!

Just wondering if other owners have experienced loading problems with ``Saving private Ryan` and `Apocalypse Now`? Machine spun discs but then just stopped and refused to play them.

Returned player to Curry`s who phoned their helpline who reported a player fault. As machine was still in warranty (10 months old) I was allowed to pick up a new machine or get my money back, though I had to argue a bit. I went for the cash and am now starting the long trek to try and find an Aiwa.

So swap `em soon.
Keep up the good work
