It was a mistake, I searched for the hack on the net and I found one for a different Silvercrest dvd player. I accidently pressed the wrong code (I got it mixed up with a different code I read)
To my suprise the code worked.
ps- I forgot to mention the macrovision thing.

Just Found out how to do it.....
Open tray and press 2812 on your remote.
You can change the Region at this point
:)
Added- Put the Region to number 9 to play everything.

I got the same dvd today from Lidl hoping that it would be Multi Region but no luck.
Please reply if you know of any hack.
