with unit in DVD mode and no DVD in unit, press setup then enter 9210 then 0 then maybe another 0. A little menu wwill come up showing the DBD region as 2. Change it to 0 and exit and there you have it. Failing this, ring Avtex in Cardiff - they will give you the details.

I had a couple of these from the Daily Express (one was faulty and replaced) and they`re both multi-region out of the box.
