philips PET700/05

Hi
Can anyone tell me if the PET700 and the PET700/05 are the same machine, i am hopefully going to purchase a PET700/05 but need to know if i can get a hack to make it multi region and all i could find was a hack for the PET700, i would be very greatful if anyone can help me.
