RE: It was fun while it lasted

Hi to the remaining die hards that are left, I have not posted for awhile now as there really isn`t much to talk about regarding KitKash anymore. This slow decline is such a shame when compared to the heady days when the auctions rooms were busy.I understand that this promo wasn`t a bottomless pit of goods for all that had invested in points however many, but apart from the last car and 5k holiday voucher can any regular really justify anything thing than the odd look in now and again.

Even this forum is now dying and I will be surprised if the mods leave it up till sept. OK whinge over, hope you get the job amg, Redcar how come you not flogging at the racecourse on a sun its a busy boot sale for sure. Anyhow good luck in anything all of you go for.

RE: Had to wait but got my breadmaker when in stock without problem

day off nothing up

Still no breadmaker!!

Real Deal I too waited ages for my breadmaker to arrive, when i won I rang qed and at the time had none in stock, they said they would ring back but never. After about 5 or 6 weeks I rang them they have them in now and delivered it within a fews days of my call. I suggest you ring them as they don`t do ringbacks.

I don`t know I`m back on days at mo and they start havin short auctions again, which one of you lot tipped nestle the wink ;)

RE: Crimson Room

jez have you got the combo from the yellow chamber

Crimson Room

Good game did it awhile back, drove me bloody mad. haven`t been able to get out of the second room Veridian yet though havin trouble with the dice. there is now a third room open with a fourth on the way

RE: squeeeeek!

I`m still waiting for radio and DVD player but its only been a couple of weeks since I purchased the player. On a positive note my breadmaker finally arrived tues morn now that was a couple of months >:( , I was originally told they were out of stock and it would be about 2-3 weeks. Its here now though and I`m very pleased.

RE: HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!!

I think its worth a few goes but no real commitment

HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!!

I hope you ready for this, Nestle are doing another Kitkat promo.
Its called Koolit and guess what, you have to collect the same type 12 digit codes as before but you can either teet them in or enter them via this link to their webste.
Only instant wins which are mini fridge oe handheld fan and entry to prize draw for a streetka there is only one car though.
I`m a bit gutted as last week I threw out my old wrappers would love to have tried a few.
Entries are charged at std operators tariff as is web entry, however I have registered but omitted my mobile numbers so how can they charge me. My only concern is that all enteries I make will result in no win. let me know what you all think.

To my mind as there aren`t a great deal of high value prizes so it won`t be worth filling the garage with kitkats, also the codes are only found on the inside of four finger kitkats

RE: Calm down dears, its only a forum.

well think you`ll get one eventually amg

RE: Calm down dears, its only a forum.

dvds will come later entertainment prior post was meant to be dvd player but it lasted minutes and is back down

RE: Calm down dears, its only a forum.

well done on your buys Anni & SB, I think there are dvds to come but not too much else. I was going to email them to find out if they will still be doing the odd short but most peoples attempts at getting info only seem to end with vague replies so haven`t bothered.I think it will be mainly long auctions and buys that can be had elsewhere for free on other promos

RE: Calm down dears, its only a forum.

Silver doesn`t rust, normally just turns black. If there are no hallmarks could be plated or foreign.

RE: Calm down dears, its only a forum.

Did warn you :) try tomorrow morn if still no joy check your local paper on a friday most general auction houses advertise their wares then for the upcoming sales.

have you not got any old china your ol aunty lil left?

RE: Calm down dears, its only a forum.

Offical HM Treasuary document stamps sounds good to me :) and because they are wooden must be at least 30 - 50 yrs old (age is a guess without looking mind) Good luck can`t promise they worth a fortune but if they are you owe me a drink :)

RE: Calm down dears, its only a forum.

KK123 try these if they ever answer the damn phone once you have been put through to the auction room that is

Rosan & Co
145-151, London Rd, Croydon, Surrey CR0 2RG
Tel: 020 8688 1123

Update

(:¦ KK123. Just rang a few of the main auction houses and they don`t appear to be too excited, however there is a good quality auction house in Newcastle that are willing to have a look at them. This is probably of no use to you unless you live local. Let me know where you are located and I will give you where I think the best place to try thats a bit more convienent :)

up all night again

stamps

KK123 I`m sorry I could not in all honesty give you a fair valuation as it would be pure guesswork, Those sort of things just don`t come up in the provincial auction rooms, I have never looked for or come across anything like that. All I can say is that they cost you nothing so no matter what you get if you do decide to sell is a bonus and you lose nothing. if they don`t.

If you would like me to do a bit of digging for maybe a day or two I`ll see what I can find out if you like.

Wooden stamps

KK123 Sorry for slow reply just got back. Ceramics, glass, silver and the odd bit of furniture are really my forte. The target market something like that would be quite narrow.
Shame they never came from the secret service or you had some of the documents that they were used on, although a prison sentance would have surely followed very quickly :) .

Your probably looking at a writing equipment, maybe ephemera or possibly spy type of sale. Oh and for all smart arses, before you ask a spy type sale is not where you can buy yourself your very own spy :p .Don`t put them in a general sale as a specialist sale will gain a higher price for you. If you want a free valuation just ring Sotherbys. Christies, Bonhams or Phillips tell them what you have and that you are wishing to put them up for sale if they are worth anything. I don`t think you are going to retire off them but you should get a few quid for sure if you do want to sell.

I don`t recommend going to a dealer as he will have to take into account his profit when offering you a price. the saleroom will have collectors who will out bid a dealer all day long as they are not looking for profit just the item.

RE: Buy me a kitkat I`m running low
