RE: aria.co.uk - as bad as ebuyer

Hi,

I am in a similar situation, i have ordered a 17inch tft monitor which has a dead pixel and i was told it was not faulty as it is a class 2 product. Aria customer support told me that Class 2 monitors can have upto 4 dead pixels before being classified as faulty but if i wanted a refund, i should return as per instructions on their website.

So i returned the TFT monitor and a day later recieved an email confirming that the RMA XXXX was recieved and will shortly be processed.

A month later, no response from Aria, i decided to call them up and they said no refund or credit note as there is no problem (except for the dead pixel) with the monitor which was checked by their technical department.

I have now spent a whole week communicating with Aria customer services who are telling me that their manager is not available to ask for a credit note. However if i want a resolution today, they will return my tft monitor which i do not need anymore! No credit note!

Any new Aria customers , you maybe fine if you need to a return a product, then you`ll get the run around, promises to call you back are never kept... i`m never going to buy from them again!
