I have tried this hack and it DOES work. However, I had a few problems because I kept hitting the green centre button (Play), as it has the typical keyboard graphic for the Enter/Return key on it.

Anyone trying this hack should be aware that the RETURN key is actually a blue/green button just to the left of the play button (opposite stop). Once I actually spotted this and tried it, it worked first time!
