Get a Philips vDVD R80 from Comet - fantasic results . Has it`s own TV Guide. Bought 2 only 199.00 each and can record upto 8 hours - eqv to lp VHS.

Sounds like a duff unit, was it the last one? By the way I need to buy another one for a late Christmas present for my mum who`s just come out of hospital, I`ve scoured the internet, rujng countless stores. I live in Wolverhampton, any ideas - Sainsbury`s head office were totally unhelpful!
