help: Noir Volumes 1, 2 and 3 (R2 Version)

Trying to figure out how to unlock the Easter Eggs on the Region 2 editions of Noir DVDs 1 to 3.
The only clues I have about how to do it are these codes:

Noir 1: Shades of Darkness
Humble snack
Tell-tale sound
Movement sinister
Repeat, return
Message found

Noir 2: The Hit List
Say farewell to the noble tool
On the face of the clock
Lunch, dinner and breakfast

Noir 3: The Firing Chamber
She travels in radient beauty
From East to West (Right, then Left?)
Each night her path the same
Again and again

I haven`t been able to figure these out yet - can someone help me out, please?
