I am in Ireland too.
I ordered 100 blank DVD`s ,50 Blank cd`s ,some DVD cases off Bigpockets on the 19th Jan.
The order was despatched around the 23rd of Jan.
2 weeks later no sign of it so I emailed them to find out where the order was.After about 4 emails I received a reply giving me the tracking number.
Entered the tracking number on Parcelforce to find out the order had been turned back at Dublin due to `Address unknown`.
I rang the courier company who are a disgrace.
Said they didnt know what the problem was so they had sent the order back to Bigpockets.
I rang Bigpockets to try and assertain wwhat the problem was.
I double checked my address .
The order was resent and the same thing happened again.
I tried to stop it being sent back and have it redirected but to no avail.
Bigpockets offered me a refund this week and apologised for the service.
Bigpockets were quite good but their courier is a shambles.
RE: JVC GRD30 Digital Camcorder for only £159
I rang them again and was told by 2 different agents that they dont do international orders.
I told them that the website said they accepted international orders to which they said `No it doesnt`.
Dont know whats going on

I rang BuyDig last night to place an order.
A sales agent told me that they no longer accept international orders !
A bit of a bummer that.
I`ll ring them again tonight as I am not sure if the agent was correct.
