I can`t even seem to get on the site this morning. My outstanding order had been changed to disptached last time I checked though, so I suppose I can remain slightly optimistic. Never gonna buy from them again though.

Loads of insurance compaines use Powerplay Direct as their supplier of entertainment stuff, so they should be pretty good when it comes to a prompt service. I used to work for Zurich`s Complaints department - we used them as a supplier, and I can`t remember ever having heard a bad word about them.

Well, one of my items has now turned up, albeit the cheap one. The order which I placed beforehand still appears to be processing though. :/

No joy whatsoever as of yet, but the post seems to be pretty slow in my area of the country anyhows. Not that that`s reassured me at all. Whilst one of my orders has been changed to "dispatched", the other still shows as "processing", a fortnight after they`ve taken my order, and over a week since they took the money out of my account. And the item`s no longer showing as being in stock (well, not showing up on the MSN shopping search doo-dah anyway).

I think I shall be getting in touch with these guys now....

Ditto. One of my orders was changed to dispatch on Wednesday afternoon, but I still haven`t received it. The other order`s still "processing" though. Ho hum. :/

I`ve had exactly the same problem, only with £40 worth of order. They never answer the phone, and don`t respond to any e-mails, apart from the one where I threatened to cancel my order at which point I got a brief e-mail reassuring me that I`d get my order by next week, and that the delays were caused by "database problems" because they`re a new company. That was about a week ago. My order`s been "processing" for over a week now, they`ve taken my money and I`m severely ticked off.

They obviously come from the same stagnant quagmire in Jersey as splashdvd. I`ll post here again if I get any joy, but I think their lack of ability to be contacted must be a breach of trading standards. I`ve got the address for trading standards in Jersey, and shall be contacting them if I`ve heard nothing by Friday.
