HELP needed with samsung dvdcm350 home theater

Can anyone offer any advise I have just set up the above system and it self tunes but I have noticed there is no itv channel I have retuned again but it still does not get itv. the tv gets itv so its not a reception problem, faulty set ?.

pioneer 106 Multi region dvd playback

Does anyone know if a pioneer 106 can be set for multy region dvd playback, as it only lets you change the region 5 times. :/
