i also had smoke POUR out the back of my R311(sainsburys £199.99) and i was less than happy to think my kids were in bed at the time !!!!!!!!! The wot if factor dont even bear thinking about. took it back and they are getting it looked at ?? they did give me £20 and a replacement and ashored me they would contact me .(3-4 weeks) i also got a in store customer faulty returnes sheet and manages contact card. he did sound a little conserned about it but said "it was the first to come back because of smoke" as remote not working,draw not opening,unit not tunning,discs not playing,no power at unit and its got no leads were the usual faults with this unit !! so i wait there responce . steve o.
