Philips Dvd Player Region Locked

Hi there I have a philips dvd player and have been using the remote to change the region between regions 1 and 2 but now the player is locked on region 1. I have only just heard this is because the player locks after 25 changes. Is there anyway that I can get around this as its a pain in the ass having it locked on region 1?
The code I used to change the regions was:
1) Press play
2) Type 1,5,9
3) Type 002 000 128 156
4) Press play

This would normally convert it back to region 2.

Hi mine is stuck on region 1 now. I think I heard somewhere that you can only change it 25 times. If anyone has any ideas about how to get around this it would be greatly appreciated.
