Wharfedale DVD750s - have tried the hacks suggested on this site - not worked. Any suggestiona?

I purchased a Wharfedale 750s last week at a Tesco store. Have tried the multi-region hacks suggested on this site - don`t work. Has anyone had the same problem? If so any suggestions ? Is this a new batch of players that have been `hack proofed`!??
