The gag reel is actually an Easter Egg and is on Disc 2. From the main menu select The Film. Then onto the Inside Hell`s Kitchen option (this should be the top option in this impossible to read DVD menu!). Scroll down to highlight the Enhanced Viewing Mode option (right at the bottom). Now press Left on your remote and a crossed sword icon will appear. Press Select or Enter (or whateve the button is on your remote) and you`ll be there.
