Why not get a real political understanding of what it`s all about before you start attacking a group of workers who are prepared to fight for their jobs and equally importantly our fire service.
If your mates want "...the security and earnings that fire officers do." then join a union that would protect your employment rights and standard of living.
But don`t attack a group of workers who`ve got the bottle to stand up for their rights and defend our public service from cut backs and privatisation.
Victory to the FBU and *respect* to all fire officers...!

Must admit I`m kinda torn between the two, what`s the difference
really? Apart from £20 pounds...
It appears from comparison that the Pacific plays CVD (China VideoDisc), JPEGs support, MP3 on DVDs.
But from what I`ve read there are versions at ASDA that won`t
play CD-Rs as it`s been inhibited in some models. Both players
are at our local ASDA including a Schneider 1003 @79.97 not
heard of it or seen one yet.
Does the Sch-857 macrovision hack also work on Pac-1002?
