hi there
i have purchased this dvd player and it is superb it plays everything including the new rce region 1 that don`t play on normal multiregion dvd players. It also plays vcd,svcd,dvd-r,dvd-rw,cd-rw,cd-r and also karaoke. It is also macrovision disabled. All this straight from the box. I am going to purchase another one for the kids.
