To hack this into the region of your choice, follow the instructions already posted here for the Wharfedale M3, except that step 7 should read:-
Use the up & down buttons on the remote control to select the region required.
The original instructions suggest that the left & right buttons alter the regions. Not so!
The above notes also apply to the Warfedale M3.
The player is v. cheap,(£ 69.99 in Tesco) but suitable for my needs, it even plays jpeg loaded CR-R` as a slide show!

Wharfedale M3
There`s nothing in the instruction book that suggests it can "play" JPEG images on a CD, but it can!
It produces a slide show, with the ability to rotate or inverse the original image.
Has any one got the appropriate page that could be pasted into my manual, indicating just what the remote control buttons do when playing JPEG images?
TIA, David C.

I`ve seen this player for sale in a local Safeway store.
It looks similar to the Wharfedale M3, albeit with a different front panel.
Any techie / other info out there please?
