Thanxs for all your interest but i`m being swamped by all the requests for the patch.
I obtained it by phoning the service centre on the number above (in one of the replies) and they emaild me it the same day.
Sorry to mess you around after I offered to send it to you, but the response was more than I expected so I cant reply to any more requests.
Simply phone the service centre!

Hi Nick...
I have the Mico Diamante 3000 and have the same problem.
Can u send me a copy of the cd ( I will refund any costs incurred) or tell me how to get my machine to play VCD.
It seems a shame to take it back as its such a neat machine.
Please help.
