is there any problem when playing Region1 NTSC DVDs on region 2 DVD players which are hacked for Region Free. I have a LG 5183 hacked for region free. There is a problem when i play LORD OF THE RINGS (Region1) the picture is Black and white...

hi , i have an LG 5183, purchased in November 2002 (region 2, Italy). I made the DVD region free using the CD based hack..
i tried to play "THE LORD OF THE RINGS" Region 1 on the player.
the DVD plays but Black and white. Does any one have a solution please
let me know....
