:( Placed an order with SplashDVD on 02Aug03, consisting of 6 titles. As of now, still awaiting 4!!!!!!! Tuxedo (released 04Aug03), Phone Booth (released 11Aug03) and 2 x Lord of the Rings (released 26Aug03). All titles listed as delivery between 5-7 days; so why am I still waiting; answers on a postcard please, to Splash Customer Services (which also seems to me, to be a contradictory in terms).
I`ve learnt my lesson though, cheaper goods does not equal good service, will desperately try to avoid SplashDVD in future

Tend to use for Boxsets,ie, Angel, Buffy, X-Files etc. One problem disc so far, returned & replaced no trouble.
