So where do i get the hardware upgrade, or software download and how much will it cost ?. I have been waiting for 2 years to enable this lousy thing to play copy cd`s and have regretted forking 700 quid out on the thing in the first place, especially when i know people who have paid 70 quid for dvd players that play all discs. Grrrrrrrr
