Although a little skeptic I went ahead and rented the remote. It worked! I know have a region free RV32 player. Thanks a stack for your help!!!!!!!

Thanks for the advice. I went to the site you mentioned through which a remote can be rented. The whole "works once, etc." sounds a little fishy. Does the "chipped" remote really work!?

Multi-Region Hack for DVD RV32 - Anybody???

I`ve bought a Panasonic RV32 in Europe (region 2). Anyone know the remote codes to make it "region free"?
Fu Que you seem to know more about this DVD than anybody. Have you already got the codes?
