i rang the number quoted and was told that i need multiroom option if i wanted sky plus box and need to pay 10£ a month plus 49£ for the box
is there a way around this

on the box it says it will extend the remote but there is no irda etc
there is an ir mouse attached to the transmitter and receiver
it has just got transmitter receiver ,2 mini scarts and 2 adapters

forgive if its simple solution but i bought new telly for bedroom and digisender tranw from currys
picture and sound are very good but cannot change the channel of the sky
receiver is connected to sky with main tv`s scart piggybacking on to it
is it possible to ab able to change channel of sky transmission in the bedroom

re pioneer and toshiba
the telly says its got ntsc options actually two sets of ntsc ,i can output the telly to NTSC but pics still remains black and white,if i set it to pal then it gives awful colors and shaky picture

i have just bought a 14 inch toshiba telly ,my dvd pioneer is giving black and white pics even tried the output to rgb and pic setup to auto

i had same oroblem
tried toshiba 220e from richer only black and white pictures
changed to pioneer 350 plays everything ,recently i have noticed there are a couple of red lines on top with region 1/3 movies

thanks i got pioneer 350 from richer and after changing the play back mode it has started showing color pictures with my telly
it appears to make slight humming sound is it normal i also notice that i paid 10£ more than at techtronics

i looked at the multiregion.co.uk and acc to that the chip for pioneer 350 has pure ntsc/pal output does that means it may be able to work with the telly without ntsc compatiibility
