Multi Region Hack Problems

Hi,

I have the Medion 7950a and i found the multi region hack for it on this site.

But when I try to play a region 1 DVD (after inputting the hack), playback is choppy (seems to miss a frame every second).

Is there anyway to remedy this with my player?

Thanks

Dark City? (or a DVD release date site)

Hi,

I`m about to buy Dark City on Region 1 DVD and I was wondering if anyone knows of any new editions (that would make mine obsolete) coming out in the future (any region)?

Also, does any know a good DVD site with release dates of future DVDs?

Thanks

RE: medion 9750 question

Please reply, I need to know whether I`ll be breaking my dvd player

medion 9750 question

Hi, I have a medion 9750 player and I`m thinking of buying a Region 1 DVD, but i`ve heard horror stories of Hackable DVD players having a limit to the number of times you can hack them.

Is this true for the Medion 9750 player and if so, can I solve that problem?

(I already know the hack)

RE: Test Region 1?

That`s exactly when and where mine was bought, looks like you solved my problem, thanks.

RE: Test Region 1?

It`s a Medion MD-7950A, has anyone tried the hack for it?

RE: Test Region 1?

If I knew someone with one, I wouldn`t be considering buying one, would I?

Test Region 1?

Is there any way to test if the hack for my player worked and if i can play Region 1 DVDs (without buying one)?

Thanks,

Tony
