RE: 16 X 10 X 40 CD-RW drive for £12.98 at Jungle....clearance special

jade_warrior if you are gonna use the English language make sure you use it properly. What The F*** does does `took your socks off you could have ordered 20` mean? Explain yourself properly and make some sense.

`What is someone gonna do with 10 CD Writers? The answer is obvious make money and sell on to friends for a tidy profit. That is like saying something like why would Bill Gates make loads of money when he could let others make money? Obvious really.

I know the offer is only one per person but I hate people who whinge about people who order more than one in other similar offers, what the hell does it have to do with them how many people order, they earned the money they have a right to order as many as they want. Do you really think labelling such people `greedy` is gonna make them change their ways...... NO!!!!!

RE: 16 X 10 X 40 CD-RW drive for £12.98 at Jungle....clearance special

If I could order 10 I would. As the words of the mighty Gordon Gecko from Wall Street `Greed is good`.

RE: Not A Great Bargain But.......

There is a SE due 4 release

RE: Money Off Everything at Virgin Shops Tomorrow!.....

5 SODDING MEASLY PERCENT. I won`t be visiting Virgin.

RE: Lord of the Rings- 25% off

Bensonsworld now have it for £19.99. Avoid.

RE: 10% off all DVD players etc at ARGOS

The `U` is a good 1 key away from the `O`, if it was next to the O I would accept it as a typo, but 1 whole key, NOOOO! Where can I find my nearest Argus. Is there an Argus in Jondon or Qssex?

RE: spend £15, get £15 off......

Pieman are you claiming that if you use a different email address you can use your same card to order as much as you want, sort of like an all-you-can-eat-buffet? If that is the case won`t Littlewoods go bankrupt b4 the end of the week??

RE: spend £15, get £15 off......

Here is another promotion code.

XX301

Pretty useless code it lets you pay for your goods in 2003, pointless but seeing as I have it lying around it may benefit someone out there.

RE: spend £15, get £15 off......

When I ordered twice I deleted the cookies on the second attempt. It was still unable to process the second order. I think i will try the different name tactic.

RE: spend £15, get £15 off......

Has anybody tried ordering using two different cards, I too ordered two items with the same card and recieved the `undable to process recent order` email.

Cheers :O(

RE: DVD Player & 10 Free DVDs For £25

It`s definately a pricing cock-up cos they list the player with a best price of £139.00. They reckon 6 ppl need to order it to reach this best price. How can it reach £25? LetsBuyIt get your lawyers ready, they are gonna have a long night!

RE: spend £15, get £15 off......

What happens if you order one item, get the discount. Then wait a while and order another item. Do you get both items with £15 off?

:O)

RE: spend £15, get £15 off......

Have any of you got confirmation emails saying how much you have paid for your goods. I ordered some things but the confirmation email doesn`t state the price.

RE: MiCo no macrovision disable.... What now ??

The whole point of getting a bargain DVD player that can do everyhing is so that you do not have to buy any extras that bump up the price.

Getting a player and a macro scart lead for £30 will make the player well over £100. The Decca is a good machine but the sound is not very good when you increase the volume for some non-region-2 DVDs, you get a hissing sound. Infact I opened up my Decca and saw a DVD rom drive in it, like the ones you get from PC stores. The build quality is also quite poor as the front glass panel is only stuck together by a couple of blobs of glue, mine wobbled. Also the size is a bit larger than it needs to be, the insides practically hollow.

To me it does seem like the first Mico was the bees knees but alas no longer exists. The quest for the best 100-pounder-all-rounder continues.

RE: Cyber Home ADL228 or ADL528

I believe the firmware can be altered on these players.

RE: Decca DDV-5100

Surely you mean the Decca DDV 2100 the 5100 does not exist on the website or my local store.

RE: DVD`S FOR £5

DVD`s for a fiver more like Coffee Coasters fro a fiver. Just kidding there are a few little gems in there. :O)

RE: Decca Video DDV 2110 - Buy one quick!

The Decca has always been £98.99 on their website. There is no such thing as using the /mum link to get 10% off. Still at £102.99 including P+P it is a real steal. Mine took exactly 2 days to arrive. The lip sync on some region 0 DVDs however do seem to go a bit off near the end and there is definately a cackling sound when you turn up the volume.

RE: DVD Player £79-00...Lidl....11th April

Why buy a £79 lidl, when you can get a Decca 2110 for £99 which does everything. Play MP3, Video CD, SVCD, Multi region, disable macrovision. I bought a Decca and it is the DOGS thingy.
