Sold under brands including Alba, Bush, Cable & Wireless (licensed), Dirt Devil (in Europe, licensed from Royal Appliance), Goodmans, Hinari, and JCB .This is a copy from The companies web site so maybe the hacks for other models will work.Trial and error basis.Try the Goodmans or bush hacks maybe.Just a thought.
