Need any info on Grundig GT 5550 21inch TV

I have tried everywhere on the net to find info about this TV and found nothing...even Grundig`s website has nothing on it.

I bought it from Littlewoods catelogue but I know one thing, it supports 60Hz PAL as I can play MSR at 60hz with no problems...

OK, I am buying some region 1 dvd`s (Gundam Wing) soon and need a good quality player for a max. £200
I don`t need 5.1 prologic sound, just a good quality multi region DVD player with good playback and sound (absolute min. VHS quality).
Any suggestions?

Right, I am very confused about the playback facilities on a DVD player (SCART, SCART RGB, S VHS, composite etc...)
My TV (Grundig GT 5550) states (in manual) that it supports signals from an NTSC video through its SCART socket...what does this mean?

Any help would be appreciated...

Me hopes that they will sort out the DVD recorder issues BEFORE they start releasing new DVD format disks...mind you, if the encoding is the same, couldn`t they just replace the drive mech & old laser with the new one?
