Well Lostboy, i do need some help. I have been trying to find a multi region hack for my Akai dvp2000 for quite some time now. Unfortunately no body has been able to help me up to now. I have managed to find the hack for the earlier version of this model which requires you to hold down FF and STOP along with the black button underneath. As my unit is a later version it does not have the black button underneath and so this hack wont work. Can you help with this??? If not please let me know. Even if you can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Or you can email me at ysrajd[at]moc.liamtoh

AKAI Dvp2000/3000 Multi region hack???????

I have found the hack for the older series of this unit but can anyone please tell me if there is a hack for the newer version (without black button underneath). Any information would be greatly appreciated. Or feel free to email me at ysrajd[at]moc.liamtoh
