Been 2 days now and still no remote hack from Steve. Maybe you are waiting for somone else to find it and post it to claim it as your own. If i had left it with him i would still be without it!!

Thanks for the offer of the purchase of my player. I ave already taken it back to Asda and they did notice that it had been tampered with hence the anger. I have now sorted out the problem of macro vision. It cost me £29 for the externat box that kills the macro.
If i was to take up your offer it would not have been as good as it sounds as you would just have sold it on.
As for the 160 mile trip, well I work in Wakefiled I live the other side of Just outside Hull and have used the train to work for years and thats why I had to arange a lift to Halifax.
The shop i work from is not the one you think.
I am done with you mate. I have seen where you work from and i now know how you work and it is not good enough!! I will make sure that evey person i deal with knows of you and your shoddy work. I is already on most of my web sites and as i build quiet a few from the Ham radio community ( I am also a radio geek) it amounts to alot of coverage world wide. Lets see shall we.

Just think on people for a man to go to so much trouble when up until he messed around with with my player never even knew th man. I had to join the forum to post because i had only visited it from a Yahoo link. Think on why. Its because the man did me wrong waisted time and money and made a lame offer to buy my player in order to look good on the forum.
I would be no better off he would have just sold the unit on.

Point well taken, but as i have said I didnt want my player opened. All it took was for him to look at the rear of the player and state that it didnt have a port on the rear and ask me if he could open it up to investgate further. Instead he walked away to come back 15 mins later to tell me the port was not at the rear. He said leave the player with me I said no i will take it home with me. He then went back in to his house for another 10 mins to put it back together. It is obvious that the player has been opened and now the warranty is void. Mark are evedent on the screws and there is a scratch near one of the screws, a slip with the screwdriver i suspect. Imformation and workmanship was bad, very bad.
I spoke to the man on the phone and yes I did ask questions and yes i did say what i expected from the mod. I also asked if it needed to be opened because i didnt want it opened, he said no . A flash is ok or else i can spend £29 on a external macro killer!!!

Anyone can program chips and sell them. My 9 year old daughter could do it. You to proclaim that you wrote the hex for the Playstation is laughable. It is a shame that you programing abilities dont stretch to web editing, anyone can throw a web up and claim what you claim. You could have at least made an effort!! I am well know through out the UK form my skills as a technician. I am the technical manager for a local computer firm and can put you on to hundreds of people that can tell you about my honesty and skill. I have built and repaired many peoples pc and have them travel from all over England. I can assure you that i will be telling them all about you and make sure people know of my bad experience with you. It will be on the wall at our shop on the tables at all the pc shows we visit and on our shop web site and my overclockes web site. You are a cowboy and i suspect that i am not the first you have upsett.

I dont thinks so. My brother inlaw writes the hex for all my Play station 1 and 2s. Try again. I didnt inspect the Player closely because you deal with people in the Street and i had to get as far away from you as possable because i would have done something i would have regretted. I also asked you for info on how you "chipped" the player. You just said that it was a "box" you connected to the rear and that you do not would not sell one to me!!! You will have a box full of chipps and just slot them in!!! So why have me come all the way over if I could buy the chip from you?? Why not just say, all you have to do is buy a chip from me and slot it in?? Good job i didnt realy, wouldnt have worked and possable damage to the player!! I find it even harder to believe that you have even seen inside the Rowa 280. Tell me why the 280 that is new has all of a sudden change prodution lines and become a totaly different unit???

I dont normaly say things such as. Di..Head and what a Wan...R!!! All you have done is what i did once you damaged my Box when you opened it. what i mean is that you man handled it so it is now quiet obvious that is has been opened. 3 year warranty down the pan!!! ( I also said and made it a big point that i didnt want it opened!!!!) Anyway back to the point. Once i posted the chip model ( You will have noticed it when you Butchered my player) you then browesed the net and found out a little more about the chip and then went on to guess the rest!! You didnt offer any kind of sorry or explanation about possable hacks ect you just said that you didnt have a clue and that you was a learner!! It got to the stage that you got very worried because i was going to give you a good smack in the mouth for the way you messed me about. You know it was comming and i had to go before i damaged you!!
I fix and build pc, chip play stations and open mobile phones and i would have replaced anything that was damaged, it happened a couple of times with the PS2. I replaced them. You are a COWBOY and people should know about people like you that give good chippers and hardware hackers a bad name. You dont belong on a good forum such as this.

If i posted it to him it would have cost me £55 + £17.50 for me to send it to him. He wanted me to leave it with him so he could try find a hack on the net and charge me £35 for the trouble!!!!!!
