Philips 750 firmware upgrade problem

I upgraded my Philips 750 to firmware 7.22 according to website http://www.ianc.net/philips/downloads.shtml.
The programming was OK, but after the reboot the digital voice output is not working.
The scart video and voice output are working correctly.

Wheter the firmware 7.22 is not so good for 750 or it need a factory default reset.
