Samsung SV-DVD1E - Region Hack & DVD To Tape Hack, PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

I have bnought this new Samsung SV-DVD1E and it it fixed to region 2 - United Kindom, Does anyone know how to unlock it so that it plays all regions. And also it is a special DVD player because it plays VCR`s. And they say you can copy DVD to tape if the DVD is not Copyrighted. So does anyone know a way around this. Thanks.
