Synopsis:
At long last - it`s bath time! cries the Old man of Lochnagar in this charming thirty minute animated film - a funny and gently moral tale based on the children`s book wrote by H.R.H. the Prince Of Wales.

His quest for the perfect peaceful hot bath brings disruption and disaster to the Gorms, the Scottish Highlands` tiny inhabitants but the old man finally befriends them and learns the importance of harmony and happiness. This beautifully animated tale will appeal to children all over the world.

This, the first UK-produced animation special to be seen on any US network, stars Prince Charles acting with children in both the opening and closing sequences. The Legend of Lochnager features Robbie Coltrane as the voice of the Old Man and is the work of Cardiff`s Dave Edwards Studio, producers of the internationally renowned SuperTed, The Little Engine that Could and Shakespeare - the Animated Tales. Also featuring the voices of Chris Barrie and Hannah Gordon.
