Synopsis:
The sequel to the highly successful `A Better Tomorrow` features Chow Yun Fat as Ken Gor, the cool, cynical yet highly honourable gangster, returning to Hong Kong from New York to avenge the gangland killing of a friend`s daughter and taking on the opposition almost single-handedly. Ken is joined in his revenge quest by stoic, world-weary Ho (Ti Lung), the grief-crazed Lung (Dean Shek) and Police Officer Kit (Leslie Cheung). John Woo directs and orchestrates themes of trust, betrayal and violence with pyrotechnic excess, a breakneck pace and helter-skelter action.
