Synopsis:
The true nature of the notorious Tall Man is revealed in an epic battle between the forces of good and evil.

Thirteen years after the original nightmare began, Mike (A. Michael Baldwin) must travel through dark dimensions of time and space to discover his origins and those of his nemesis, the evil Tall Man.
